No. You should never use an Ashe arrow like that. That is not how to use Ashe. But Ashe comes close to TF. I guess what lets me be a chessmaster with TF is his superior utility compared to say Kog's long-range artillery or Cait's single-target damage. I have no need for more offense...merely the ability to directly change the game.
Of course you should... you should use it to initiate and to try set up kills across the map. Shots that actually have a chance netting a kill of course not just randomly initiating on an enemy. No point of just having it off cooldown for most of the game.
Nope, only played her in two games(one of them custom) but I didn't really get the impression that she's OP (Rather, they could boost her ratios a little bit to fit the AP carry role a bit better :3) She's fine the way she is imo. Quite balanced.
Today was a great LoL day!

Please don't try to snipe with Ashe's arrow. It's for up close and personal initiations or stun-and-runs. It's NICE if you can snipe successfully, but overall just not what team strategies should revolve around.

Doesn't matter, not like any of us are in the circuit.

Just bought Maokai cause of the awesome Christmas skin (which I bought as well). First game 4/5/14, second game 3/3/18. Why did I not buy this guy earlier?

Love that feeling when you realize you can do no wrong, and proceed to take ridiculous risks that would never pay off in most matches. That said, I'm liking Ahri the more I play her, she can be unforgiving if you play her wrong, but when it goes right, it goes oh so right.
On a different note, I'm looking for another 6300 IP Champ, and I'm torn between Irelia and Nocturne, any of y'all got experience with either of 'em?

I have a few buddies that play Nocturne. He's amazing in the jungle, since his ganks can come from anywhere. Also great for pickup kills.

I've literally never jungled. I understand how it works, but what order should I do it in? And, do I start ganking right after getting the two buffs? Or do I sit in there killing all of the other things as well?
From what I understand Irelia is a good jungler as well, so I'll have to learn it either way.

No... Irelia is a good(great) solo top laner. Imo she'd be pretty horrible in the jungle cause she really needs the farm from top lane. She's insanely good on top though. Just farm all day then mash buttons till everything's dead

That's exactly what I said not to do... don't just waste it like you would Ezreal's ult. It doesn't deal that much damage.
It's pointless to just use it at close range though, why would it be global then? >_>
If there's something I can tell you it's that a team strategy should revolve around using your opponent's mistakes(because if you're playing against decent ones you ain't gonna win any other way). If you're sure you have at least 60-70% chance of hitting somebody at the other side of the map and securing a free kill with it then GOD DAMN TAKE THE SHOT! You're never gonna get anywhere by just pussyfooting around the map and it being off cooldown while you're doing that won't help you much.

Noct was my favorite jungler until they buffed the giant scorpion and I picked up J4 (DEMAAACIAAAAAA), but that ult and spell shield allow for excellent ganks post level 6. Irelia is probably my favorite bruiser and is pretty darn hard to push out due to her W and if she gets farmed is very difficult to deal with. (Note to self, find beta skin Irelia) Both are flat out game ruining if fed

armor seal
and attack speed mark and glyphs,
Nocturne can start on blue, wolves, wraiths, golems, red, wraiths, wolves and then go b. He doesn't even need leash. He would if neutral monsters weren't nerfed.
and for ganking, there is no fixed time to gank. You gank whenever you can to help out the lanes.

RoA, then straight tank. I play jungle Maokai by the way.
I've never played Irelia before, but I do love Nocturne. I mained him a while, but lately I haven't touched him... I guess I'll pick him up again.

You say, "That's exactly what I said not to do..." as if you know what you're talking about. First off...Ezreal's ulti isn't just for the damage, it's so he can get the stacks for his passive right off the bat. It doesn't matter if it's global, it lets you hit all five and through terrain.
There is no such thing as pussyfooting when they're all mia. A 60-70% chance doesn't exist. Stop playing against baddies.
