So, if they weren't immune...
Zoey = Witch or Spitter
Bill = Smoker
Louis = Jockey
Francis = Tank or Charger

There's a disturbing rumor going around, and I just thought I'd let you know. No credible sources as of yet that I'm aware of.The rumor is that the L4D characters will not be playable in the new DLC, but that's not the disturbing part. The L4D characters will be infected and most likely killed by the L4D characters. Hearing this didn't effect me until it sunk in over time. It'd surprise me if this went down because I doubt fans of this franchise would like killing the characters they fell in love with. This would be enough for a few people to just put down L4D for a long time but not for me because of my weird enjoyment of this series.
*note: I have love most things about zombie/infected apocalypse.*
i thought they were immune? they're changing the rules of immunity now? >_>
Exactly what I thought. I've written off this rumor as false after about an hour after I posted it. How could they possibly be infected if they are immune.
I'm looking forward to how they cross paths.

That'd be so bullshit if they made the original four become Infected through some bizarre plot device.

That happened to me a few times in the demo. I had no idea what to do. But for some reason it fixed itself after a while. Was really awkward trying to play like that.

I hate people who call the other people on the team noobs and then rage-quit. Especially because they always do so when four human players are the most useful.

rather have them quit than them staying and making a mess of things and bitching more about it

Anyone else wanna destroy that god dam gnome? Being appointed carrier sucksThat was a pain the ass to do by myself with the AI. They just refuse to keep zombies off of you and would rather pick off this zombie that is fifty feet away rather than the swarm that is attempting to rip my nipples off while I'm carrying the gnome.
Reminds me of what just happened when I was playing a little while ago. I was in a window trying to snipe these zombies down below when I hear a Smoker. Of course I'll admit I was stupid and stayed in the window when I shouldn't have. Smoker grabbed me and dragged by out of the house I was in, so it took the AI a few seconds to get out of the house to get me. By the time they got to me I was already incapacitated and at about 50% of my incap meter left, when a Jockey jumps on Nick (who happens to have 95% health by the way) so of course the AI decides that once they are about ten feet away from me, to chase after Nick and the Jockey and leave me for dead, thereby ending the game.
... I was a little pissed.

I played 2 for the first time the other day, and I can't say I dig it as much as I thought I would. You can't have 2 pistols like you did in the first one, well you can, but instead have a choice of a katana, crowbar or an axe. It's nice to get that variety, but wtf that doesn't help you when your get mobbed and raeped when your down. How ever, the upside to 2 for me is that I do like how the witch wonders around covering her face it makes her much hawter then sitting on the floor. Imho, I think the first one is better. :|

The Lord of Butts!
I bought L4D2 also on the release date, and i didnt like it as much as the first part.
I cannot identify myself with the characters and the comedy doesnt fit for me in a survival shooter. Its not a bad game tough, but for me part 1 was better.

Asa. Part 1 is -always- better. And the times that part 2 is better... Well, those are gems to forever keep in your gaming box.

It suffered the same problem as FEAR 2.
The maps were larger,so no more fear of claustrophobia or thing popping out from dark corners.
Most of the maps were during the day.Nothing is scary during the day.
Nick and Ellis was the only interesting characters.
