Little Busters (English)

So, it's been quite some time since my last upload and that is mostly due to my laziness. So to celebrate the Little Busters translation coming back to life I give you so. I decided since this is the first thread I have done in quite a while I will do something special for Fakku and go out of my way and make it the best thread I can. As I am sure you've guessed as the title says this game is Little busters both the Eroge and normal one. Now in case you're wondering why it is some parts are missing that is simple. These games are huge. Instead of waiting till tomorrow to post this I decided to give you guys a head start. The none Eroge one is here to be downloaded, but the Eroge version is going to take some time and will be up later tonight or tomorrow. I may add more pics and customize more, but there's that whole laziness thing remember. I plan on another panel so more than likely it will come to fruition. Now, about the patch, I need to explain a bit. I was always under the impression that the patch would work with the EX, so Eroge, version of the game and I know that people have said it does indeed, but I can't get it to work no matter what I try. It works fine with the none Eroge one, but it can't find the directory for the EX version. There's not much difference between the two except for the obvious smex and a bit more fan service. If anyone finds out what the problem is or gets it working be sure to let me know. Note that if you do get the patch to work with the EX version I have heard that there are errors with it that aren't in the normal version. So if you don't like the errors and can deal with no smex, just use the normal version. They say the patch is 50% of the game and considering this game is longer than Utawarerumono, that's still plenty of reading. For more information on the translation and patch, make sure to visit the translation website. Now, onto the crack. It's a bit more tricky then some of you might be use to. You copy both files into the directory, then use the NoCDPatch Alpha and when you get a prompt with the files that are in the directory, click the reallive.exe. The game will then start. I hope you enjoy the game. I feel that this gem of a game is under appreciated on the forums, here's hoping this will fix that. Little Busters!' story revolves around the main protagonist Riki Naoe, a young male high school student. When Riki was a child, his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. A group of three young boys and one girl his age saved him who referred to themselves as the Little Busters, a group dedicated to fighting evil and preserving justice. The leader of the group was Kyousuke Natsume who had a younger sister named Rin. The other two members were Masato Inohara and Kengo Miyazawa, who were rivals despite being friends. They took Riki out and played together with him during his time of need, making him the fifth Little Busters member. In time, Riki enjoyed playing with them, and his grief over his parents gradually faded away. When the story begins, Riki and his friends are seemingly in their second year of high school, except for Kyousuke who is in his third year. They still hang out together, and enjoy their school life. Since you'll have to replay the thing "ALL THE WAY FROM THE START" if you've played the original and then the Ecstasy version.

You're playing it 2 times then.

I found a weird bug in Little Busters EX, during Yuiko route

so maybe it's just a little trick or something? Since after finishing Refrain I can choose them. Wondering if anybody else encountered this.

It's just a custom exe that makes you able to play the game without have to mounting it everytime you restart your computer or burn a dvd, to install it you will have to change the files that come with it and your windows' registry files, which if done wrong can even damage your computer, being honest I didn't manage to use it and I looked through the whole thread and found no hint how to do it.
Would be glad too if someone explained how to do it, so I can free some HD space.

That nodvd crack is only for the Ecstasy version of Little Busters. I actually cracked the .exe for the regular version using the steps outlined in one of the previous posts. Anyway, I've uploaded the crack here. Enjoy

oh ok i asked this because in translating page they didn`t mention eroge and non~eroge..

Is the NoDVDPatch for the eroge version and is it good translated? Or should I go for the None Eroge version and its patch which I assume is in much more better progress - if that is correct?

you're better off waiting for the Ecstasy Version rather than playing both version twice.

can anyone help me? i have a problem, the game will not start by me. if i try to run this game i became a error message and this was it. The same thing is when i try the no cd patch.

I didn't see any error message in your post, but I'm going to assume that you may need to mount an ISO file. I'm just saying this based off of how common that problem is to many new users. I suggest you read the FAQs page before asking anymore questions. Unless, of course, your problem isn't covered in that thread. Then by all means, ask away. Link to FAQs and Tutorials thread below.

Hey guys I got some good news, a new partial patch was released a while ago which translates the following:

- Kurugaya, Rin 1, Komari, Mio, Kud, Haruka + common route
- total progress about 90%

Oh my god...Kud-chans route....

Ah, only 'Rin2' and Refrain left... possibly the best route in the game in terms of story.
I just need to wait for Saya+Sasami+Kanata routes from Memorial/EX, which I haven't played yet because of lack of Korean translation.

Oh, I do hope they translate EX later.

Well that is what the group says regarding a Little Busters Ex translation:

Once we finish the original, if the omens are favorable we'll continue onto whatever we judge to be the best version in light of the present information.

I don't know much about the memorial version but I do want my ero ero scenes with Kud-chan from LB Ex :3

In any case there seems to be a realistic chance that they also translate LB Ex^^

Nope, you have to wait until they have finished the normal version of Little Busters.
