Little Busters (English)

So, it's been quite some time since my last upload and that is mostly due to my laziness. So to celebrate the Little Busters translation coming back to life I give you so. I decided since this is the first thread I have done in quite a while I will do something special for Fakku and go out of my way and make it the best thread I can. As I am sure you've guessed as the title says this game is Little busters both the Eroge and normal one. Now in case you're wondering why it is some parts are missing that is simple. These games are huge. Instead of waiting till tomorrow to post this I decided to give you guys a head start. The none Eroge one is here to be downloaded, but the Eroge version is going to take some time and will be up later tonight or tomorrow. I may add more pics and customize more, but there's that whole laziness thing remember. I plan on another panel so more than likely it will come to fruition. Now, about the patch, I need to explain a bit. I was always under the impression that the patch would work with the EX, so Eroge, version of the game and I know that people have said it does indeed, but I can't get it to work no matter what I try. It works fine with the none Eroge one, but it can't find the directory for the EX version. There's not much difference between the two except for the obvious smex and a bit more fan service. If anyone finds out what the problem is or gets it working be sure to let me know. Note that if you do get the patch to work with the EX version I have heard that there are errors with it that aren't in the normal version. So if you don't like the errors and can deal with no smex, just use the normal version. They say the patch is 50% of the game and considering this game is longer than Utawarerumono, that's still plenty of reading. For more information on the translation and patch, make sure to visit the translation website. Now, onto the crack. It's a bit more tricky then some of you might be use to. You copy both files into the directory, then use the NoCDPatch Alpha and when you get a prompt with the files that are in the directory, click the reallive.exe. The game will then start. I hope you enjoy the game. I feel that this gem of a game is under appreciated on the forums, here's hoping this will fix that. Little Busters!' story revolves around the main protagonist Riki Naoe, a young male high school student. When Riki was a child, his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. A group of three young boys and one girl his age saved him who referred to themselves as the Little Busters, a group dedicated to fighting evil and preserving justice. The leader of the group was Kyousuke Natsume who had a younger sister named Rin. The other two members were Masato Inohara and Kengo Miyazawa, who were rivals despite being friends. They took Riki out and played together with him during his time of need, making him the fifth Little Busters member. In time, Riki enjoyed playing with them, and his grief over his parents gradually faded away. When the story begins, Riki and his friends are seemingly in their second year of high school, except for Kyousuke who is in his third year. They still hang out together, and enjoy their school life. Hmmm... So i extracted, Mounted, etc. and did all the usual steps to get the eroge version of little busters on my computer. After i finished installing LIttle Buster's onto my computer, i extracted and transfered all the files from the No DVD patch and added it to the game folder. as i run (NoCD Patch) Alpha ROM and choose REALLIVE.EXE, it gives me a pop up written as "[1500] (japanese text), to be followed by another line of japanese text. Same thing happens when i try to activate the game through the main window... Some please tell me what's going on

AppLocale? not sure what that is...

Btw, someone who knows japanese told me that the [1500] error code means i need the original game disc.

Did anyone figure this out, because Im having the same problems.

I have no idea what most of what you guys are saying>< I managed to make utuwarerumono work, but I can't even find the icon to let me start the game for little busters>< I've used the english installer, and tried to use the no dvd item, but I don't know for sure what to do with it.

Oh ok. Btw, I'm using the eroge version of this game yet I see no sex or anything? Just fan service once in awhile but that's just it. Does the actual eroge part come after the refrain? Already completed Yuiko and Haruka and didn't see anything ero at all even though I did all the options it offered.

The scenes should be included with each heroine route near the end or so. I don't remember if Rin's scene is during the Refrain route or the 'True route' before it.

Hmm well the EX version isn't working with the Eng patch as far as I know. I tried before and at options where you have to pick a person from multiple selections it wouldn't work, and there were also errors with baseball and fighting minigames. So you want to make sure you have the EX without patching it for H scenes.

Well I am using the EX version and the patch does work with it. After you install the EX version, you need to change the folder name to the name that the eng patch's installation directory has and the installation should work after that.

Just to check my understanding is correct; the current patch translates all of the routes, but two? It's missing two routes, known as Rin2 and Refrain?

Yes Rin2 and Refrain aren't translated yet.

wouldn't refrain be rin2 and i think i also read there is a kurugaya2 to finish where that one left off which i got confused at the end of and thought that i went the wrong path somewhere just like rin1

There isn't a kurugaya2. I also thought that too so I went to check a walkthrough to see if there was anything I was missing. Turns out you need to do kurugaya's route which you will see that confusing end. Then finish refrain and redo kurugaya's route and there will be some new options which take you to the true ending.
