So, it's been quite some time since my last upload and that is mostly due to my laziness. So to celebrate the Little Busters translation coming back to life I give you so. I decided since this is the first thread I have done in quite a while I will do something special for Fakku and go out of my way and make it the best thread I can. As I am sure you've guessed as the title says this game is Little busters both the Eroge and normal one. Now in case you're wondering why it is some parts are missing that is simple. These games are huge. Instead of waiting till tomorrow to post this I decided to give you guys a head start. The none Eroge one is here to be downloaded, but the Eroge version is going to take some time and will be up later tonight or tomorrow. I may add more pics and customize more, but there's that whole laziness thing remember. I plan on another panel so more than likely it will come to fruition. Now, about the patch, I need to explain a bit. I was always under the impression that the patch would work with the EX, so Eroge, version of the game and I know that people have said it does indeed, but I can't get it to work no matter what I try. It works fine with the none Eroge one, but it can't find the directory for the EX version. There's not much difference between the two except for the obvious smex and a bit more fan service. If anyone finds out what the problem is or gets it working be sure to let me know. Note that if you do get the patch to work with the EX version I have heard that there are errors with it that aren't in the normal version. So if you don't like the errors and can deal with no smex, just use the normal version. They say the patch is 50% of the game and considering this game is longer than Utawarerumono, that's still plenty of reading. For more information on the translation and patch, make sure to visit the translation website. Now, onto the crack. It's a bit more tricky then some of you might be use to. You copy both files into the directory, then use the NoCDPatch Alpha and when you get a prompt with the files that are in the directory, click the reallive.exe. The game will then start. I hope you enjoy the game. I feel that this gem of a game is under appreciated on the forums, here's hoping this will fix that. Little Busters!' story revolves around the main protagonist Riki Naoe, a young male high school student. When Riki was a child, his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. A group of three young boys and one girl his age saved him who referred to themselves as the Little Busters, a group dedicated to fighting evil and preserving justice. The leader of the group was Kyousuke Natsume who had a younger sister named Rin. The other two members were Masato Inohara and Kengo Miyazawa, who were rivals despite being friends. They took Riki out and played together with him during his time of need, making him the fifth Little Busters member. In time, Riki enjoyed playing with them, and his grief over his parents gradually faded away. When the story begins, Riki and his friends are seemingly in their second year of high school, except for Kyousuke who is in his third year. They still hang out together, and enjoy their school life. Which version are you using? The eroge or non-eroge?
Uninstall the game, install it again and run the english patch (make sure you're using the correct one) as admin.
Try also running the game without applying the patch to see if that happens again. Did you also change your system locale to japanese?

Try as above but still having same problem. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits

Dont think that's the problem, as im using Win 7 ulti 64 bits too and it works flawlessly. I would guess its a direct X update or a graphic driver issue, i remember when i played another game and had the same error, updated directX and then it worked. I've seen some errors where the screen is distorted by using a different keyboard language for some reason too, but meh. Check the update history and possible backlogs, some updates also destroy games.

Hey guys sorry to bother, but after starting the game up I am having a weird font spacing problem. I have had it on other games (such as: Koihime Musou) and i dl'd a font setup that fixed those, but this one is still not working well I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and fixed it and what they did to fix it. Or if anyone else just has some helpful hints for me to try. Do not quite remember the font patch i had previously dl'd.

When you are in the title screen, go to "Config" and there on the right side you have a button "Choose Font". Choose one.
By the way, try installing this font

yeah ive already messed with them, didnt fix it. I will have a buddy look at it soon and if he cant figure it out then I will hit you guys up again. He tends to do a solid job at noticing my idiotic mistakes.

I remember, The TlWiki translation project team recommended to using Osakamono font. Maybe you should try that!

Yeah, I dl'd that font went to install it and apparently I already have that installed as well (meaning that did not fix it). Next I will try to uninstall the Osakamono and Vera fonts and reinstall. Maybe that will do something...Thanks for the idea's and help though, I appreciate it.

Managed to fix it by changing my system locale to Japanese.

I guess I'll just forever leave my pc in Japanese as so far, I haven't seen any major impacts other than the / turning into yen.

Have you not tried the game? You need to run another application to run the actual game itself. Applocale doesn't even let me run the nocd patch, unless someone knows how to use applocale with this game.

Uhhh... Pretty sure I'm running the game just fine with applocal, even though I don't need to use it since the texts looks fine as it is (using OsakaMono font).

I'm only using applocal to have actual characters instead of gibberish in the font/movie options.

What other application? I just need to launch the game itself with reallive.exe ... I'm using the Non-H version. So I'm guessing you're using the H one, which isn't fully compatible with the patch?
