Little Busters (English)

I can't seem to open the REALLIVE.EXE, I kept receiving the either 2100 error or 1500 error. Anyone knows a solution for this?

eroge disk 2 part 1 is down I think. Can someone check on it?

So I just did a clean re-install (cause I haven't patched since the ~70% patch), but I'm having trouble getting the 5.5 patch to run.

When I use the patch I get this error:

Could you tell all the specific steps that you took? I think that you already done this but try running as admin the patch. Also, check in the game folder the properties of the file that you see in that messsage error to see if it's marked as read-only. If it is, unmark that option.

Sigh... I want to punch myself. It was indeed administrative issues. I can't believe that I forgot something so fundamental... Thanks and +rep (in 24 hours).

It would be recommended to post a print screen. However, note this: The 5.5 patch and the Extra-5.5 patch are not entirely compatible with the eroge version so your issue may be related to that.

On another note, THE GAME IS ALMOST COMPLETELY TRANSLATED !!! I'm almost trembling with joy =D

ok on the eroge version do i unrar all the files at once or unrar the files according to thier disk? then when i do, do i install the disks using deamon tools or what? i tried multiple things but im only getting an error [1500] whenever i try to use the no cd patch

First, unrar all the files. Then, mount disk1 to begin installation and install the game. Then, after installing the game, use the NoDVDPatch. I assume that in the first place, you need to copy all the extracted files (from the NoDVDPatch) to the game folder and after that run the "(NoCD Patch) AlphaROM 3.x .000生成型汎用 rev2.exe" and select the file that runs the game so it can be pacthed. Then try running the game.

When i try to run the no dvd patch on to realLive this error occurs(insert image is not working for me for some reason) (Have Read some previous posts, still couldnt solve this problem, maybe i missed something)

Also when i try to use the translation patch it says "please select the installation directory of Little Busters!" Am i using the wrong patch or is there no patch for LB-EX? PLZ HELP

I don't know what that error message is saying but I recommend you to try running the "(NoCD Patch) AlphaROM 3.x .000生成型汎用 rev2.exe" as administrator. Maybe your issue is related to that. If you can sucessfully run that file do what I said in this post and you should have your game cracked.



Just select the directory where you installed the game.
Take a look at the translation page so you can know for what releases of the game the patches are.

Thanks for answer so quickly, unfortunately my proble wasnt solved. I've looked at your previous post already, and it wasn't an administrative problem, i've tried all the translation patches and for some reason it won't accept my installion folder as the "installion folder", maybe it's cuz i have LB-Ex.

As for the NoDvD patch, still wont work i get the 2100 error with the one i've posted above which says "The requested file does not exist" (happens when i open up the NoDvD patch.exe and select REALLIVE.exe)

If anyone knows the knows the answer to any of the above problems plz help me out,

I made it work after some tests (by this I mean that I was able to go to the title screen of the game using the Ecstasy version and just read a little to see if it was in english). Here we go by steps:

1 - Install the game.
2 - Install "5.5" patch. Do not install the "Extra-5.5" because the game will not work with it using this method[/b]. Get the patch at the translation page.
2.1 - If you can't install the patch, try first running it in administrator mode and when you see the window to select the installation directory, click on "Browse" and select the folder where you installed the game. Important note: At first you should see the path "C:\KEY\リトルバスターズ！" on the window to select the installation directory. When you click on "Browse" and select the folder where you installed the game you should have something like "C:\KEY\リトルバスターズ！ＥＸ\リトルバスターズ！" depending where you installed it. However, that path is wrong. Delete the " \リトルバスターズ！" and proceed installing the patch (basically, the correct path should be "C:\KEY\リトルバスターズ！ＥＸ").
3 - Download this executable.
4 - Copy the executable that you downloaded above ("REALLIVE.EXE") to the folder where you installed the game replacing the previous one.
5 - Run the "REALLIVE.EXE" and you should be able to play without further problems. (Challenger defeated! =D )

Note 1: The current english patch is not entirely compatible with the "Little Busters! Ecstasy" version so you may encounter some bugs / untranslated lines. If you wonder why is because the english patch is supposed to be only for "Little Busters!" (the version without h-content). The "Extra-5.5" patch is for "Little Busters! Memorial Box Edition", not "Little Busters! Ecstasy".

Note 2: For any other users, this tutorial is for the ones that installed the "Little Busters! Ecstasy" version. Also, as you should have noticed, is for using the 5.5 patch, not the Extra-5.5.
