Little Busters (English)

So, it's been quite some time since my last upload and that is mostly due to my laziness. So to celebrate the Little Busters translation coming back to life I give you so. I decided since this is the first thread I have done in quite a while I will do something special for Fakku and go out of my way and make it the best thread I can. As I am sure you've guessed as the title says this game is Little busters both the Eroge and normal one. Now in case you're wondering why it is some parts are missing that is simple. These games are huge. Instead of waiting till tomorrow to post this I decided to give you guys a head start. The none Eroge one is here to be downloaded, but the Eroge version is going to take some time and will be up later tonight or tomorrow. I may add more pics and customize more, but there's that whole laziness thing remember. I plan on another panel so more than likely it will come to fruition. Now, about the patch, I need to explain a bit. I was always under the impression that the patch would work with the EX, so Eroge, version of the game and I know that people have said it does indeed, but I can't get it to work no matter what I try. It works fine with the none Eroge one, but it can't find the directory for the EX version. There's not much difference between the two except for the obvious smex and a bit more fan service. If anyone finds out what the problem is or gets it working be sure to let me know. Note that if you do get the patch to work with the EX version I have heard that there are errors with it that aren't in the normal version. So if you don't like the errors and can deal with no smex, just use the normal version. They say the patch is 50% of the game and considering this game is longer than Utawarerumono, that's still plenty of reading. For more information on the translation and patch, make sure to visit the translation website. Now, onto the crack. It's a bit more tricky then some of you might be use to. You copy both files into the directory, then use the NoCDPatch Alpha and when you get a prompt with the files that are in the directory, click the reallive.exe. The game will then start. I hope you enjoy the game. I feel that this gem of a game is under appreciated on the forums, here's hoping this will fix that. Little Busters!' story revolves around the main protagonist Riki Naoe, a young male high school student. When Riki was a child, his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. A group of three young boys and one girl his age saved him who referred to themselves as the Little Busters, a group dedicated to fighting evil and preserving justice. The leader of the group was Kyousuke Natsume who had a younger sister named Rin. The other two members were Masato Inohara and Kengo Miyazawa, who were rivals despite being friends. They took Riki out and played together with him during his time of need, making him the fifth Little Busters member. In time, Riki enjoyed playing with them, and his grief over his parents gradually faded away. When the story begins, Riki and his friends are seemingly in their second year of high school, except for Kyousuke who is in his third year. They still hang out together, and enjoy their school life. Just match the choices with the Walktrough, the one I recommended is better since it's systematical and "linear". and I finished my "play" with that one.

I actually think that Google Translate has improved greatly from what is was in the past, it's not perfect, but it makes more sense than an abundance of other translators. Its better than having it in Japanese anyways.

there's no way that you have set your UNICODE to Japanese and STILL get the gibberish letters.

Do you know how bad google translation is? It translated Haruka as distillate leaf and Rin as bell! WTF! And i followed it but the ending I got is this

Irrelevant to the above topic:
The patch you uploaded didn't contain the SEEN.txt to translate the intro lines before a battle and the commands during the baseball competition.(at least the one I played) Here are the links (not mine):

Please double-check that your UNICODE is in Japanese, have the checkbox checked on "install east asian languages"... heck, just make sure EVERY part in your regonal settings set to Japanese. Maybe you're just missing something...

Edit: Then again, I wouldn't know since I myself haven't DLed this thing yet... but I will.. I swear on my perverted brain hat I will...

And has anybody successfully installed the Ero version yet?

I'm playing the EX. Having no trouble running it. Getting 2 alerts whenever I load, but it doesn't seem to break anything.
And..I`m running it even without changing my unicode to jap.

If it has any relevance..I'm using XP SP2..
Only thing I find irritating is the fact that every word has a space between each letter.

I've tried the patch on ex version. While it does work, there are tons of errors with it. This is what I did to test it out. I would play it pretty much in segments and save it and then compare it without the patch. You end up getting different answer choices. Not only that, but the combat part bugs out as well as the baseball part of it.

It is pretty much impossible to follow a walkthrough with the patched version on ex simply because the answer choices and scenes for that day will be slightly different if you include the patch.

Any chance that someone could torrent little busters? I can only find EX on a torrent search, and I can't use megaupload due to being at college (and sharing an IP address with ten thousand other people)
