Mass Effect 2

Just beat it for the 2nd time, and I have a question. Why do characters who are loyal die? Shouldn't only the characters who aren't loyal die? Either way I have to back and beat it a 3rd time so I can have everyone survive. 1 last thing though, someone in this tread mentioned that you had to be at 80% Paragon/Renagade to keep Tali/Legion and Miranda/Jack from fighting. I did this and it kept Tali/Legion from fighting, but when Miranda/Jack fought I couldn't stop it. This was very annoying because I had even more Paragon then when Tali/Legion fought(about 85%). Anyone have any ideas why?

Game's fucking amazing. Vanguard is so fun. Nothing beats freezing a target, then send it flying with a charge and watch it shatter against a wall.

On my 2nd playthrough... think I'll finish the game with every class :D
The only annoying thing about replaying it is that you have to get all the resources all over again :((((... this is a bad thing for me, as I have the obsession of completing a game that I like with 101%... and it takes a helluva long time to deplete EVERY planet in the galaxy map :(((
Still, it's the one of the best games I've ever played, great story telling, great characters, gameplay, graphics... great everything!

<------ saved Rachni + saved geth for Legion :D... I'm thinking for a super army too in ME3 :)... I'm playing through ME to get the best ending for the trilogy
Saved council, saved wrex, saved rachni, saved geth, saved and helped every1 i encountered + full paragon!... best possible ending is a MUST!
I hope that the quarians either find another planet to populate, or be allowed back into theirs and coexist with the geth... room wouldn't be that much of a problem seeing how most geth are on space stations and such.
And, oh yeah...

The best part of the game are the crews' side missions. Very entertaining. Everything from Garrus' revenge to Jack's emotionally charged past. Every side mission was incredibly fun to play. All of them were very different.
So I wanted to ask, assuming you did the missions, which crew members' side mission did you like the most?
Personally, I loved Garrus' with a renegade Shepard. So fucking funny and so badass at the same time. Best mission ever. Putting bullets in those who deserve it and making hilarious threats. Just an incredibly fun side mission. Although it's quite like Garrus' personal mission back in the first one, this one is done much better.

An excellent question. Garrus' mission is funny on paragon as well.
I think my favorite was Tali's mission. It was different and still had enough action to keep us satisfied. I really like the Quarians and you get to spend some time around them, they seem like alright people. And the Quarian women... well, I think Engineer Donnelly said it best when he said Tali's suit was tight "in all the right places".

Bring Legion along for Tali's loyalty mission... you won't regret it:)

I don't get the whole thing of being upgraded I have less abilities than I did in the begining.

I was an Infiltrator in mass effect 1 & I moved my character over.
They mention at the start of mass effect 2 that I'm upgraded, yet I don't have any of the abilties that I had in mass effect 1 & they only new ability to my character are AI hacking and cloak any of the other abilities I could of had in my ammo upgrades. I also think my weapon set up was better in mass effect 1.

I also don't understand why they changed the gameplay so much. I prefered it the way it was the 1st time. I don't like the way of leveling the characters and there abilities. The new cloak is cool but I still prefered what I could do in the 1st game.
I don't mind weapons having ammo though, but it doesn't make sence since we had energy type weapons at the 1st game.
