Ohhh ya its fricking awesome its such a simple fighting game to pick up and play but its so much fun

The game is a Japanese but there was an arcade version at fanime when I went thats how I got into it

Too bad they didn't have any games like this, when Minsc was a kid at the arcades. Fighting games are boring at my current age.

Me on the other hand was quite good in that especially on action ps2 games like eureka 7 or devil may cry's

hah, never actually played the game, just some of the characters from m.u.g.e.n (like ark, and the lass with the throwing knives)

not really, it's better than having 6 buttons and only use 3 of them and the others are only for combo fillers
and it's not like those 6-button games have that many moves

great thing about this is that less buttons make this easy to pick up but still keep a deep and tight gameplay

combos are fun to make too


i'd say that this game could tie with Guilty Gear and Eternal Fighter Zero

I played, the game too. I played Melty Blood Re-Act Final Tuned for the PC and Melty Blood: Act Cadenza for the PS2, I always love 2D fighting 'cause of the speed of the game and endless combos. My favorite character till now is Tohno Akiha, she fights fast(not as fast as Ciel though), and she's got a two-kind special finishing move, if you do it long to mid-range, it just claws the opponent with fire, if you do it short range, she catches the opponent and frying their life-bar by half. BTW their will be a new release for Melty Blood called "Melty Blood: Actress Again" with 2 new characters,

Funny game) My favorite is Shiki Tohno. Maybe he's not as fast as Ciel, but I've always wanted to try some his tricks with knife from anime)))

I feel like when ever i see a fighting game that was originally H, I'd rather play the Hgame since it's not thumb soring, you get more hours of gameplay and not always thinking that i wish arcuied's clothes will rip off or the guy with the power of the shadow manipulation would actually do something naughty while fighting. so i try to skip fighting games which are originally H.
