So, the creator of the "Blue Bomber" is kickstarting a game very similar to Megaman. I'm not really trying to "start" posting more Kickstarter groups but can't really stay quite about this since the development team for Mighty No.9 has Manami Matsumae the one responsible for the soundtracks in the original Megaman games. His team basically "reeks" Megaman in some sort of way. :D

Check it out.

The Goal is $900.000, with it's maximum stretch goal of $2.500.000 which makes it possible to develop for the major consoles (This game will be mainly for PC).

*I'm currently replaying the sample song over and over*

ANYTHING FOR F*$#ING KEIJI INAFUNE...the creater of my all time favorite childhood, my idol, video game hero...Megaman...Not a armored super soldiers with girl voice in his head, not some silent protagonist with crowbar, not some dragon shout warrior.

But a blue bomber....

Looks pretty awesome, though I don't have too much money to spare at the moment.

I'll probably get back to this later.

AHHHHHHHH!It's ROLL Robot Girls~! But, soo broke. With a college budget it is either back a kick-starter or starve for a week.

As cool as this looks, especially the transforming thing, it still seems like this is a kickstarter to make a new Megaman game. idk maybe that's the point considering the team behind it, but still it feels weird lol. Like I was reading all the details and was like "Oh, so you can go to the stages in any order...like in Megaman...And there are bosses that have a specific way to beat them/hurt them a lot...like in Megaman." Like I said, maybe it's the point, but it still just reeks of Megaman revamped.

Because HE IS making a new Megaman.
Even the main "guy" and the later planned girl robot is called "Beck and Call", like the originals "Rock and Roll"

This is basically Inafune's answer to the people who wants a "new" Megaman.

If only Capcom would have let Megaman Legends 3 happen, sigh. Capcom is messin' up. I have a feeling the new Vampire Savior ain't going to happen either despite their constant teasing for the past 3 or so years at Comic Con.

Oh, okay. I guess I just thought it wasn't going to be so thinly veiled. Also, dang, someone actually donated $10,000+.

The best that I can do with my budget right now? 5 bucks. But hey, if that'll help Keiji-san, then I'm willing not to have frozen dinner tonight

Really excited for this. It's like the hopes and dreams of the megaman community have been answered. Now we just need MN9 Legends and it'll be great. :)

Also, feels.

The agony of not being able to back because there's no Paypal option available. And they don't seem to need it at the rate the money's flowing in.

I wonder what Capcom thinks of this kickstarter?

Look like Capcom is just blaming the "community" for their stupidity and "blindness". Wasn't there petitions and "revivals" thingies going around? didn't capcom "See" that?
