It's fairly noob friendly. I can safely say in all the other titles there were people who would give you the "what for" in town and describe various venders,areas,items. Also there is a quest giver who would make you do missions to show you how to play and survive like gathering meat, how to cook it,gathering item from plants,ponds, Mining spots and other various places. The game is made for the more hardcore fans who know how to play but I'm sure you'll be able to catch on quick although some monster are fucking cheap whoresacks and rape the shit outta you like this one

Got it, haven't tried online multiplayer yet, so not sure how it works.

Just got started on 2 star quests. I've tried Great sword, sword/shield, and hammer so far. I'm favoring hammer right now. To bad it can't slice off body parts though...

I started to do online on one star quest, got my HR up to 7, its hard to trap some quest if you have no keyboard to communicate. Barroth you bastard

The gun bow takes awhile to get used to. it sucks you have ti holster before you can use an item.

They say it will be released LATE 2010 so yes let us wait. While waiting Imma go kill some tigrex with a GS and carve them up to create some armor and weapons to kill more monsters (It's a cycle!)

I'm gonna buy Wii chat friday so I'll be able to scream at you guys >.> and I still havnt figred out how to play online lol

Looks like there isn't a feature to see if your friends are playing online. Or did I miss it?


edit: Doesn't look like it will let you put in a custom name for the online rooms. Guess we have to come up with a time and day if we want to play with each other.
