Speaking from initial impressions, I think this is suspicious. There's no real confirmation on how much different content is in the DLC route(IS/Nintendo say each route is the length of Fire Emblem:Awakening but a company statement is the last place to get reliable information from) and buying for the privilege to properly complete a game is an uncomfortable proposition, especially when the content already exists in the game only to barred away for profit's sake. I'll sit on it.

So, I was originally going to make a post about how I was so excited for this game that I had left a me-shaped hole in my roof... and also about how worried I was about branching paths in the plot that would most likely leave certain support partners locked out for the rest of the game...
