This is getting a little frustrating though on my side. @@
I downloaded all the parts from the Mediafire links and I've extracted the files but every time I try to click on osana.exe I get this error. "Authentication failed: unrecognized kernel32 module./ NM." I've looked online about this error and have seen people say once they close their ATi tray tools that solved the problem but I'm pretty sure I don't have that. I've set my locale to Japanese also. @@ I'm using a Windows 7 64-bit computer~

Try this:

-Change name of the folder that has all the game files to something like "osadai" or other characters that are not japanese.
-Move the folder to other location like "C:\" so that your game path becomes "C:\osadai\" and try running the game.
-If you have ATi tray tools running (check if the process is active on the task manager), disable it.

Thanks for the reply Amorim~ I've changed the Japanese character folder to Osadai and then moved that folder to C:\Osadai and tried to run the game but it still doesn't like me and gives me the error message. @@ ATi is a program from ATi Radeon graphics right? I have Nvidia. I ran task manager and the only thing I saw close to ATi tray tools is a process named nvtray.exe.

I have one computer running ATI and tested the game via Amorim links (btw thxs) and running it fine. Try ending the nvtray.exe (which is the tool dock) process and see if that yields results if you have not. I always have mine disable during boot up, so the tool tray never has been a problem for me.

The problem is always the thing you least expect..Panda Antivirus Pro and this game just don't go well together. Once I closed any programs/processes related to the antivirus my game ran just fine.
