Both versions (original japanese release and Jast release) were uploaded here.
However, the only working links of the game that you can currently find here are the ones that I uploaded. It's the Jast version. You can find them in the OP.

Seems to work now :D thanks! Actually though... :3 now when I try to use the application in the extracted files it gives me an error with a multitude of ??????? between the file location and osana.exe

Are you referring to the game executable as the application? If not which file are you referring to?
Try to place the game files in another folder that doesn't have japanese characters and try to run it again.
