Can someone help do this test? Vid proof would be perfect way to present the results.

Say, A vs B. A slower than B, but mevolves to something faster.

I want you to test at the turn of mevolve, whether A or B moves first. In other words, whether new speed of the mevolve mon goes into the calculation or not.

Yes, Stat Changes are immediately in affect after Mega Evolving. My Greninja is faster than Gengar, but a Mega will always evolve first, and After turning into Mega Gengar, it will actually move first, because its Base speed is higher.

From my own experience this is not true, I used Espeon and Lucario in a dubble battle, turn one Espeon goes first even if I Mega evolv but turn 2+ my lucario goes first even if I had not used and +speed moves or lost any speed
