oh, that. That just means you'll have to wait a while before you try to download last the file. Its something in place so as to stop people from sucking up a lot of the site's, Megaupload's, band with. The page with the "download limit exceeded" should have a time as far as a couple hours that you'll have to wait until you can download the last file from megaupload/megaporn. Hopefully you'll be able to download it then after the time has passed.

You can only save during the strategy phase. If you don't see the map and it's not your turn, you can't save.

Ok thank,now I know how to save my game.This game is plenty hard I only got 2 fan in one turn, it is like not enough fan to do all the side-mission and conquest some island. All most of all should I ever let the ememy surrender or just destroy their country.

should I ever let the ememy surrender or just destroy their country.If you want a fast game let them surrender,But I suggest conquering them because its fun,there are h-scenes that give rance Satisfaction bonus and it increases the national power meaning more troops and more income per turn.

You can get more fan via rance satisfaction i think you can get up to 5 action fans but the 5th one is through your second play through

According to alicewiki..
Shizuka always hates Rance.You may randomly get some purple event with her for every turn,but you can't clear her no matter what.
Actually I think it would be MOAR fun if you let Shimazu bros seduce her and you fight against her in battle field.
