Street Fighter IV is a fantastic game overall and Capcom should be commended for designing a game that can work on so many levels by appealing to both casual and hardcore players.
Graphics- this is a sharp, elegant and sublimely well-animated affair. I'm still amazed at how fireballs look in this game.
The must-own Street Fighter sequel. Street Fighter II fans have been waiting more than a decade for a game like this.

So apparently arcade version of SSF4 will have a location test this weekend in Akihabara. More tests will be held over the weeks to follow. you can check out the dates and location here

And if the magazine scans for the arcade version of SSF4 are to be believed. We might here about some new characters being added...I just hope they don't charge for the characters as DLC for the console versions.

Yun & Yang. They tested the waters with Juri's engine to not make the same Genei-jin mistake twice and the paralell positioning on the select screen makes me think of those two in 3s first.
I can see Yang working in 4, but Yun would be pretty boring compared to his 3s counterpart (Much like what happened to Makoto.) if he can't run 10 installs per round.

The only ones that come to my mind are either Karin, Rainbow Mika, or Rolento. I wouldn't mind seeing Yang being thrown into the cast, but I'm pulling for Karin all the way on this.

On a related note about DLC characters for SSFIV, I really want Karin. She's my second favorite character in SF, my first being Sakura, and I think if she has her Juggle potential like in SFA3, she could be really good.
