i looked at the details on it a while ago and pretty much its going to be a straight port as a ps3 version, with no real idea about the dlc yet. also its going to be like the 360 version where only so many copies of the game will be made.

What? I have no idea what you are trying to say. The PS3 version is anything but a straight port of the 360 version. They added quite a lot of content, and re did the entire game to include Patty Fleur, and because of that there will never be DLC for the 360 version either, I don't imagine.
