Yeah, the first 7 hours or so depending on your speed is really funny. It goes downhill from there though.

Doki released a patch for the mac if I'm not mistaken.

Right under where it says "Linux/Mac: TomoyoPatchv1b_[Doki].tar.gz" on their website is a link.

So, is the game supposed to make the screen go crazy (sides of the screen go black and make it look like its running xp with the game not running). Before you ask, yes I'm running Japanese unicode.

Is the game actually running? If the game itself isn't in windowed mode it reverts the entire computer back to compatibility mode similar to PSX.
