This was my first eroge. I never really bothered downloading them, because I had it in my mind that it would be hard. Though when I went to look at how, I was surprised as to how easy it was.
Anyway, I actually wasn't real fond of this eroge. I was surprised that so many guys were into eroge, since it takes so long to get to a sex scene.

i have it downloaded but when i try to install it instead of japanese characters most of it is a bunch of question marks. i hit the install button and a message pops up and i click what i believe to be continue and it begins installing but when it gets to the end of the download an error message pops up and the installation is canceled. how can i fix this?

well, for me, i don't really play it for the sex scenes. it's the story that i enjoy the most...plus, an eroge that just has ero, and nothing else would suck, imo.

Most games that center itself around the sex as the selling point suck as far as the story is concerned. There are exceptions to this but the majority are that way. VNs like Utawarerumono, Fate/ Stay Night etc manage to have an amazing story and the Eroge in there as a added bonus. But even if they didn't have Eroge they would still be amazing VNs.

uhhh... I reaaally loved the story and everything, but I cant decide which is the better ending between the two possible ones, they're both awesome endings but I really want one it to be dictated cuz im a guy who obsesses over these things I guess :/

The only game that centered itself around lots of sex that was good was Yume Miru Kusuri, but then it had a lot of good story elements.
I agree with ZiggyOtaku. This game really didn't get too much a reaction out of me. It had some story elements but not enough to pull me in. It was kinda drab. .__.

Yea, but what was really the plot? You have a little dog whose gonna hit puberty and want sex, you have a pure breed dog who is also going to do the same thing.
You have a cat whose horny and wants sex, and then you have a young boy whose trying to repress his urges to fuck his master.
You also have a 30 year old lady who looks like a 10 year old whose lonely and sex deprived and needs some attention.
There's really no grand scheme plot here, you're anticipating the sex scenes the whole time, and there's a wait for them and just seems like a hassle at that point.

Oh I wasn't saying that I think Wanko is a good game Ziggy. I think Wanko is actually pretty boring. It's better then your run of the mill Eroge VN but it lacked a hook for me. I still played it through till the end and it was meh.
I feel sorry for people who haven't played at least one truly great VN cause they have such great stories and in my case bring out my emotions. I have bawwwed in many VNs. Utawarerumono, CLANNAD, Yume Miru Kusuri and Fate/Stay Night of course.
Comparing Wanko with anyone of those titles is laughable. I am not bashing Wanko either cause like I said it's better then your average Eroge VN and it had it's cute moments. But a in depth novel it is not. It's a fan service.

Nadeshiko's story had little development of your character. You basically just pity fuck her for a couple of weeks. She changes but you don't progress much from where you start as person.
