We all know that movies based on games aren't that great and yet HollyWood is still making shitty movies based on our childhood or recent love of a series. So I ask you; What game would like them to leave alone and give me a honest reason why it would never work on the big screen?

God Of War
Because the live action guy from the commercials is wrong and I don't think they could get him right.

For me; Xenosaga. The game lengthy in cinematics to begin with. A movie... No. I don't think they could pull it off well either.

They should stop making Resident Evil Movies.
OT: Gears of War, they will probably half ass it with CGI and gore.

They would somehow make it so Daniel would have guns and use grenades, I know they would.

I'm not against Games made into movies, but the ones that have typically been made into moves have been bad, or have been more of Niche movies. I still wait for the one that breaks down the wall and makes it into greatness, hopefully mass effect.
the one I don't want to see, any kind of COD/Blackops.

No no, I don't believe they made such a movie.

Would like to see a Lost Planet movie since it's similar to star ship troopers. I love the star ship troopers trilogy, even the b-rated movies.

Hollywood butchered the Resident Evil series. An adaptation I'm hoping will be decent is the Mass Effect film, as Paragon Lost was not that great.

No, movies lose the overall grandeur of video games. You're interacting when you play video games while you just observe what happens while watching a film. One game I doubt they will ever touch, and I hope stays that way, is Skyrim.
Yes, you can strip it down to Dovahkiin chasing Alduin down and killing him once and for all. It could work if they add the lore and completely realized the terrain and cultures of Skyrim. However, I doubt they can in a single movie, or even series. Also, the side quests are a huge part of the game, you can't throw those out. With that said, they will not and cannot properly render Skyrim onto the silver screen.

You cannot reject reality.
You cannot be saved.
OT: They shouldn't do legend of zelda...

Tv show not a movie.
IT DOESN'T COUNT.

Should be an indifferent option but whatever.
I would have to say dark souls. It would be like 6 hours of the main character dieing the same deaths until getting to the last boss, and that would be the super shorten version.

Usually when they adapt videogames into movies they never do a good job (I think because videogames and movies are completely separate forms of entertainment, but I may be wrong). That also applies the other way around though, movies that are adapted into videogames usually aren't that good. So I say no in general to adaptations (some were decent though, but not good enough).
