I swear, I always meet the worst duelists on DN.

The last duel I had:

Me: Swap Frog on the field, two set spells/traps
Him: one set monster
Me: attack
Him: flips Cyber Valley, ACTIVATES THE FIRST EFFECT
Me: wtf are you doing
Him: I can, cus it's face up
Me: since when you can activate trigger/ignition effects of non-flip monsters while they are face down?
Him: it's not forbidden by the rulings, so I can
Me: (after trying to reason and explain that he can't) call admin
Him: I can't wait for admin (quits)

I even forgot to mention that he could activate Valley's first effect only when I target it for attack, and flipping the monsters is way after that. DX

This is why i use devpro..
Some people just dont know the rules.... I dont really mind people not knowing BUT if they refuse to listen when you come with evidence and ruling....*sigh* dn sucks :s

Dude kept calling me an asshole every time one of his oh so pr0 cards got owned by my puny Frogs or Monarchs (the one in the screen was when he attacked me directly via effect and I had Battle Fader in hand XD), then summons Bear, I nerf his atk with Elf, uses effect on Slacker Magician, I negate and blow Bear, he ragequits.

Add my other DN- acc as well.

I created it because i want to become an admin :s I was about to do it on my other profile and during the test... my computer crashed so i was unable to do it again. i am pretty certain that i can make it because i am a judge irl. we'll see how it turns out. i just ahve to play 100 games first :s

I do find it hard to come up with a reliable way for this to work. And since we're so few, maybe it's better to trying to add people and hope for them to be online D: i guess :s
We could set up a time table but we're only 4 people D:

We may also have different time zones, which complicates things further.

EDIT: Well, I got fed up with DN and tried DevPro, and what the heck it's awesome.

My username there is the same as on DN, pihip.

I am quite curious about an online community for Yu-gi-oh(primarily because I can't find anyone offline who wants to play) What are the differences between DN and DevPro?

Dueling Network = tons of jerkasses, wannabe cheaters and overall rude people, you have to do everything yourself so you can get screwed over by people who play too fast or who don't play by the rules or don't know the rules (a large number of them), you only need to log into the site to access the game.

DevPro = needs to be downloaded and installed (750ish Mbyte needed), slightly less intuitive interface but still easily understandable, turns have a time limit, it's impossible to cheat since the resolution of chains and effects (when activated) is managed by the game itself, you hardly ever meet douches (and when you do, you can just ignore them and keep playing since the game chat is barely noticeable).

Both are completely free of course.

Duelingnetwork:
I completely manuel system that does not include all OCG cards unlike devpro.
Duelingnetwork have a ranked ladder that you can climb.(something like the ELO system in LoL if you're familliar with that).
Since it's manuel you have to tell the other player what effects you're using etc. This might cause conflicts between you and you'll end up in an argument concerning rulings. If that happends you have to solve it yourselfs Or call an admin. This might take a while. :(

DEVpro:
They update the cards often so you're always provided with the lastest cards from OCG as well as TCG.
There is a ranked system but it's easy to cheat and there is no ladder that you can climb, so it's kinda pointless.

I personally perfer DEVpro when testing decks and am playing to have fun but i do like to play ranked on duelingnetwork to test my abillities.

So I guess devpro it is then?
