new rp?

Uhh, I just noticed that this is like the general discussion area of the Freedom RP, so I'll just put up this question:

Can I play as a PMC working for the government, beacause it seem (from what I have read) that NPCs are just playing the government?

If I am allowed, I promise no abuse and if anything, such as, say hunt/kill a player, I'll ask the officer first for allowance.


I'll just set up some conditions on how I'll play it if I am allowed:

1. General patrolling of areas.

2. General suppression of public (NPCs) and their occasional execution.

3. Ability to hunt/kill players (if allowed), but with no "god" ability (I cannot kill you unless it is allowed that you die).

4. Ability to extort information from captured NPCs (information will come from the game officers, but its is very cryptic info and needs to be worked on)

5. Obvious ability to go around the "green" government zones.

6. Vehicles, but to no sense be OP, such as using Humvees or that new variant for patrols, and that heavy vehicles can only be used if allowed by officers.

Uhhh. . . I don't think I have enough authority to clear this. . . I'm gonna have to leave it for the original GM to decide this. . .

Anyways, I hope that the players will post soon, so far only Pyro has posted so we're waiting on

I don't really understand what you mean by vehicles though, I mean, its not like we are limited with vehicles or anything.

By vehicles, I mean tanks, helicopters, jets and even nukes (tactical "suitcase" ones).

My idea for the PMC is that they are the new UN Peace Keepers, but unlike the Peace Keepers we know now (made up of countries who volunteer their armies), they are hired (I'm guessing that the world has gone to hell, and that to get armies to fight for the legal governments, the UN had to resort to hiring PMCs).

I will go into detail about it on the first post.

The way you write it makes it sound like the country is in anarchy, i'm not sure the country is meant to be so crazed up that we have UN Peacekeepers in here. Idk, I may just be having the wrong image in my head but that'll all be cleared once we hear from Yukito

A PMC in the RP? That sounds kinda cool but I think all the nukes thing is a bit.... off?? dunno how to explain. But it'll be more fun than just going on with the government.

Well, even they did have it for real, I doubt a government would nuke his own country. BTW, I understand that "" thing. I'm merely voicing out my opinion.

wait... so, if ur a PMC, won't u be more of a 3rd party since ur not really part of the supposed US govt? (Since u say ur being hired by the UN... lest the US is still part of the UN...?) =3=?

Think of it this way:

The UN Peace Keepers (which have been aptly named into UN Peace Enforcers), is both part and not part of the UN, it has its own command structure (which is majority corporate) but its directive come directly from the UN Security Council.

How they do those directive is up to PE command.


The PE were asked by the US government to assist in the on-going crisis.

The PE have been is existance since 2015 following the restructuring of the UN.
The current Security Council does not include the US anymore, and there are only 6 countries in it, namely:

France
Germany
Russia
China
Japan
Unified Korean Republic (I'm making cool new shit up now here)

So yes, we are a third party.

For the meanwhile, I'll keep hanging and play my character here, only to do my own thing.

While that whole thing about the UN Peace Enforcers thing sounds cool, this all seems like a lot to ask for. I do hope Yukito accepts this though, maybe with the presence of an enemy player, everyone will get more into the RP
