In readme.txt (from game folder) it says if you got d3dx9_43.dll, you have to download "DirectX ã‚¨ãƒ³ãƒ‰ ãƒ¦ãƒ¼ã‚¶ãƒ¼ ãƒ©ãƒ³ã‚¿ã‚¤ãƒ Web ã‚¤ãƒ³ã‚¹ãƒˆãƒ¼ãƒ©"
