This chapter is... really, really tough. Sorry I couldn't find a way to tag it to communicate how not vanilla, how sad, and how troubling it is.

The guy seemed a little bit crazy and disappointed that life is not like one of the hentai stories he drew (at least I assume that he is a hentai artist). And the whole "no speaking to other men" thing - not cool, man...

Such a sweet and devoted heroine. The story was also quite nice, went dark just long enough to show you the cracks in the situation, and that not everything is rosy. Also love the art style.

Ah, so many negative comments here... Well, they're true to an extent, and the husband's behavior throughout most of the chapter really is far from good, but the main problem here is really a lack of communication. The wife tries to appeal to him by being the "perfect wife", while he sees it as avoiding him and flirting with his editor. And while this leads to one troubling situation that could very well spell the end of their marriage, once they've cleared the misunderstanding, the last part of the chapter has them both on their way to happiness together.

I just want to point out that this an amazing work of fiction. I know porn isn't judged on its literary chops, but this is a really special story. It isn't a happy story, but it gives an amazing view into dysfunctional couple and really presents it from their view. I could write a paper on this, but FAKKU won't allow comments that long.

The protagonist seems to have a real jealous streak, I mean, all she really did was talk to the guy and give him some homemade food. Getting a bit jealous is one thing, but getting kind of angry and just holding her down like that might be a little uncalled for...
If she's okay with it, then no problem though, I guess.

The Japanese title is "Household Cherry Tree," which is a cute term for "wife." Before reading the chapter, I suggested "better half" as a localized replacement. When I finished the chapter, I felt pretty confident about the suggestion.
