Well...That's an interesting title. Also I'm always happy to see more Monster Girl releases!
It was kind of obvious she wasn't exactly...human, the way she reacted to him bleeding. Also those cute fangs.
She certainly has an...interesting way of finding the veins though. Excitement, eh?
Great ending though. I guess after such an unlucky streak, the Hentai Gods deigned to smile on him, and gave him such fortune, simply because he decided to be a nice guy and donate his blood.
In exchange, he got to have sex with a cute Monster Girl(Though he never seemed to realise) and got free posters! And not just any posters, some that are worth a small fortune.
It had a nice ending, too. I'd certainly like to see the next time he decides to...donate blood again.
