As someone who is flexible, knees to the head butt-lift bend's a reasonable position, albeit quite shameful as it spreads and exposes your ass uncomfortably, at least until you get used to it. Also not super recommended if you're fat, as you will feel the weight of your stomach press against your lungs making breathing laborious, though not impossible.
