Can an Otaku Like Me Really Be an Idol!?

The cross dressing and male homosexuality thing is not really my bag... I just needed it to try to complete mt fakku collection... but the art is pretty, so if thats your thing I'd get this for sure.

so i got this book for my friend since she likes yaoi and from what she told me she enjoyed the book was having a good laugh, and knowing her, she said to give it a read and youll be laughing too

This was a cute, fun read. I enjoyed the characters and the artwork. Looking to see more of this author in the future.

Not what I thought it would be but still good

I've read this a few times and I fucking love it. I feel a bit bad cussing in a review, but seriously. It's amazing and needs the swearing. I already loooove crossdressing boys but I also loooove role reversals and I absolutely positively adore secret otaku storylines. Between these three things, it's no wonder that I'm ecstatic reading this manga! There's also plot and I wish there was more stuff with Misaki's friends, but I still give this an A++

tbh I've been super disappointed that more series like this haven't appeared on Fakku under the Kuma name. I guess it didn't do as well as was hoped for? Is there an issue with the spread of the Kuma titles? I'd be willing to buy the book again somewhere else if it'd help...

I also saw this on Renta with a different translation which also confused me. It's under the name, "Cherry-Poppin' Pop Star!!" but it did let me realize that I super adore this mangaka's work. I only read the preview, but I can at least say that I like the Fakku translation better from what I saw. That's what got me thinking about name recognition. I want people to read this version and not the Renta one :|

well, i ... bought it... and it was yaoi... was pretty funny, cute otherwise, but didn't get that part. oh well wouldnt be the first time i was halfway through and more than on pecker poked out. oh and to give a little bit of explanation, i bought several things at once based off the cover and i had no clue what seme was until after i looked up yaoi a little more in depth. so all i got was the title and cute girl looking like she is freaking about the costume with a couple of guys that look to be twins in the back. so the story to me was: Stodgy cute secret otaku girl wants to dress up and twin childhood friends help her and reenacts their rendition of a Hawaiian luau, ending with her not know which one of the two guys got her pregnant cause the two guys are identical twins. but this one is funnier.

As a fan of cross-dressing, I dig this manga a lot! And I love how Suzumi played the "seme" role in the story, something you don't see everyday in this genre. We need more works like this!

This was amaaaaazing! I loved it so much! Suzuki was cute of course (I lo~ve crossdressing) but Misaki was top tier adorable! It made me so sad when it was over.

Got in the physical copy, they say size doesn't matter but, is a bit small. Its a solid copy good binding ,clear lettering and printing. Are the books from Kuma this size or is this the general size of BL books?

Oh, the trap is the top... Meh, traps should only be bottoms imo. Oh well, at least I'm supporting trap content in general.
