The image does make her look like she broke her own spine. That being said, it's the lack of shadows, combined with her standing straight up that makes it look unnatural. If the shadows showed realistic curves near her midsection, or she was more bent to make it look like she was twisting, it would look much better.

The scene looks "off" because Gotou's pose is physically
impossible. A woman can't show off her tits & ass (at the
same time) in that way without twisting and breaking her
spine.

Strength is the stat required to throw a tomato. Dexterity is the stat required to dodge a tomato being thrown at you. Constitution is the stat required to not get sick after eating a spoiled tomato. Intelligence is the stat required to know that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is the stat required to know not to put a tomato in a fruit salad. Charisma is the stat required to be able to sell a tomato-based fruit salad.

That panel startled me because I initially

of herself with another guy---until I saw
