Both are applicable: Uncensored - Any added censorship has been removed.
Whiteout - In most cases, this is how it was originally drawn and there's nothing "under" the whiteout.
The censorship added consistently throughout the magazine has been removed, but given the state of some of the artwork under said censorship, the second tag serves as a descriptor; technically not censored, but similar enough to warrant a disclaimer.
