The two series are very different. In Cocksleeve Classroom,

tend to sympathize with him.

On the other hand, "Hoodie Boy" is an extremely sinister character
who exploits innocent strangers in really nasty ways, which is why
everyone is hoping and praying for his death.

My bad. The way it is placed made it look like you were pointing to page 10, panel 3 as proof that she is pregnant. We already know that many of his victims are pregnant so one more wouldn't come as a surprise. I suppose one benefit of her not being hypnotized is she wouldn't believe her child is the product of incest.
