I could imagine a situation where the editor or director says "This is fine" and people go with it because Boss says jump we say how high.

It could also be a situation where the suggestion lasts til complete. He says place this photo on the magazine cover and once it prints they snap out of it and wonder why they ruined their career. Another question is If it is like that, what happens after this girl gives birth? Also what happens when he says something they can't control. As I said multiple women have been told to become pregnant, but it isn't that easy. Do they stay in a heightened state until they actually become pregnant?

thing I do), so I reread the whole series, too (I have no life).

I conclude that the Scumbag MC projects a hypnotic aura, that the aura
has a fairly wide radius & that everyone within that radius automatically
becomes receptive to his verbal commands, and indifferent to anything
they see him doing, no matter how outrageous.

That explains why he's genuinely surprised when he realizes
one of the girls is only mildly affected by his aura.

However, that doesn't mean I entirely reject your own conclusion,
because I think the Scumbag MC probably maximizes the power
of his mind-control through eye contact, reinforced (if necessary)
with a constant stream of verbal commands and suggestions.
He clearly has to work harder in order to overcome Momoka's
natural resistance.
