The Bullied ~Revenge Hypnosis~ series is very different.
The MC is motivated by a desire for revenge against a trio
of nasty schoolgirls who treat him badly.

By contrast, the Scumbag MC is taking advantage of dozens (maybe
hundreds) of innocent strangers in a cruel & capricious way. He truly
deserves a bad end, and I think I speak for most of the readers when
I say I'll be bitterly disappointed if he doesn't get one.

When I first read it I assumed the woman behind him was a "wallet". Just someone he picked up to buy his food. But after taking a closer look she may have just been another customer. She has no real spoken lines other than a scream when he pushes her. In the first panel her hands appear to be in a similar position as his. I originally thought she was holding onto his sweater, but it might be food. Also right after he asks for the penis warmer we go into the head of the clerk. I honestly don't see a bad end for this guy. I feel like he will end up like the MC from Bullied. "Happily" married with lots of kids.

The "plot" I am here for is how do his powers work? What are the rules and constraints? I believe eyesight is key and verbal commands reinforce his reality. It is fun to see the rules shape up and be twisted.

Our theories differ only in that I believe the Scumbag MC's basic
power is a hypnotic aura (of undetermined radius), reinforced by
direct eye contact and verbal suggestions. Anyone who enters
that aura instantly becomes receptive to his verbal suggestions
and (more disturbingly) indifferent to his actions.

In this chapter, the woman standing in line behind the Scumbag
MC doesn't react at all when he orders the cashier to "warm up
his penis." Later, we see him groping the woman from behind.
In both cases, she is passively trapped within his aura. No eye
contact or verbal commands are necessary. When he orders
the woman to pay for his stuff, he doesn't use eye contact.

Quite probably, direct eye contact is necessary whenever the
Scumbag MC orders someone to do something sexual or truly
outrageous. It would be interesting to see what would happen
if he actually ordered a girl to kill someone, but that would take
the series down a very dark path.

So far, the most revealing chapter is the Sex-Only Car episode,
in which the Scumbag MC has to deal with a girl who has a high
degree of natural resistance to his aura.

So far, there's been precious little "plot." Each chapter is a stand-
alone story that places the Scumbag MC in a particular situation,
whereupon he proceeds to behave like a cruel asshole. Nothing
is really "developing."

The only thing of note is that he has encountered a couple of girls
who exhibit some degree of natural resistance to his hypnotic aura.
Hopefully, that's a bit of foreshadowing.

As for the cashier:
When she responds to the Scumbag MC's command with a
choice of erotic options, that's only to be expected. This is,
after all, a hentai tale.

I have read a great deal of history and psychology,
which paints a rather grim picture of human nature.

Most likely, a person with the Scumbag MC's power
would eventually become jaded. Unfortunately, that
would almost certainly drive him to use his power in
ever more atrocious ways, simply to amuse himself.

I enjoy a story with subtle subtexts and hints of "deep
shit" as much as you do. In this case, the best we can
hope for is a satisfying sense of catharsis, if and when
the Scumbag MC comes to a bad end.

I could write a long essay on the topic of moral corruption.
For now, consider this:
Nazi death camp guards (including women) were perfectly
ordinary people who were given absolute power over their
inmates. They exercised that power enthusiastically for
years, becoming ever more brutal, vicious, and sadistic,
right up until the end of WWII.

There's no reason to believe that anyone with the Scum-
bag MC's power would ever tire of using it. More likely, he
would go on using it in ways that would become ever more
atrocious and even murderous.
