Just speculating that MC (male character)'s major problem is that he may have gathered knowledge of sex from porn (literally), without having a guiding hand to teach him how to focus on really giving pleasure to his partner. The fact that he did get a *koff-koff* reaction out of Secretary-san, once she gave him proper instructions, showed that he had it in him all along to "Do It Properly". And despite his losing control as the (a-hem) "climax" approached, he had her feeling all "Hey Mikey, I Think She Likes It."

In simple terms, more ... er, "coaching" is needed ... and There Can Be Only One way for that to happen (wink-wink, nudge-nudge).
