Well, as to be expected, at least Haru got some from Momiji. Of course, she's doing it out of curiosity and/or variety. Gin, unfortunately for Haru, will be all about the conquest. I definitely expect Shizuku to tell Haru to take a hike pretty soon.

In the first chapter, Haru leaves Shizuku feeling sexually frustrated while she
can still hear Momiji enjoying a bout of prolonged sex with Gin. That's a neat
bit of foreshadowing because, at that moment (right after Haru fizzles out on
her), Shizuku is clearly thinking about how good it would feel to have sex with
a real stud like Gin.

So I can practically guarantee you Gin won't have to resort to any
dirty tricks, in order to seduce Shizuku. She's ripe for the taking.

Actually, it's not unusual to become lightheaded in a steamy environment
(especially after drinking booze), so I don't think Gin & Momiji used drugs
on Haru. Note that Momiji seems to be genuinely surprised when Haru
passes out (page 8, panel 5).

I tend to agree with you, because (in the previous chapter) quick-
shot Haru left Shizuku feeling deeply unsatisfied (page 15, panel 6),
and (ominously) musing about the way Momiji was enjoying a great
prolonged fuck with the vigorous Gin.

Now, at the end of this chapter, Shizuku is obviously enjoying Gin's
big dick & stamina, with no reservations at all, as opposed to Haru's
high-minded hesitancy with Momiji.

So, as he listens to Shizuku's enthusiastic moans, Haru realizes
she gave herself to another (more virile) man with no hesitation,
which must really sting, since Haru tried to resist Momiji, out of
consideration for Shizuku. That's where the netorare element
comes in.

And one last thing about this title...If Shizuku gets swept off her feet by Gin, even if he just goes commando in front of her and starts her off with her thinking "Oh, wow...He has such a hot body and look at the size of his...thing. Hmmm..." and goes willingly, I'll actually find that pretty hot (for what that's worth). If he forces, drugs, rapes, and mindbends her all the way, that'll be a complete turn-off.

Well, I can't tell that Gin is sexually superior to Haru. I mean yeah, I can assume that because of the theme but for sure? Not yet. Anyways, I think Haru's hesitation is not from wimpiness but from wanting to be committed to Shizuku. Whether Momiji knows that or not, I don't think she cares. Also, considering Arakure's previous works, I think Gin and Momiji are even bigger creeps than I thought bc it definitely looks like something was in the beer that Haru drank. I mean, who passes out while leaving a bath? [Edit: I was playing Devil's advocate before but It's definitely expected that Gin will be superior sexually to Haru at this stage so the question is what will he do when he sees Gin rocking Shizuku's world. Will he get pissed? Will he whimper and cry in shock? Will that beast inside him get released and he ravages Momiji? We'll see...]

This chapter is basically a swapping tale, with an NTR twist.
Haru is seduced by the aggressive Momiji, without agreeing
to swap Shizuku in return. So he's naturally dismayed when
he realizes a swap has occurred. Worse, Shizuku seems to
be having a really good time with Gin---a much better time
than she ever had with Haru. That's likely to spoil his good
time with Momiji.

Yeah, I'm ok with the swinging and mutual cheating (even though it's fucked up), but I'm fully expecting Haru to go out for some drinks and come back only to find that all three are gone or something.
