It's a truly fascinating premise.

To free himself from the curse, the MC must either:
(1) Kill himself, or allow himself to die.
(2) Go on raping until he's hunted down and killed
by a mob of vengeful fathers, brothers & husbands.
(3) Go on raping until he catches up with the Dark
Elf and somehow forces her to remove the curse.

The last is obviously the "happy ending" (relatively
speaking), but even then, the MC would have to live
with the memory of all the raped & corrupted women
he left behind him.

To punish the MC for his holier-than-thou attitude ("I'm too good to
fuck a slut like you!"), the Dark Elf has cursed him in a very specific
way. To avoid death, he must now violate his deeply-held moral
principles, every single day.

The MC didn't exactly "brutalize" the beast-girl, but he clearly forced
himself on her, by threatening to turn the goblin loose on her, instead.
Worse, he wound up corrupting her (which seems to be a side effect
of the curse). All this fills him with intense self-loathing, which is the
whole point of the curse.
