Wow what the hell is wrong with her sister? If I had a sister like her, she would be 100% out of my life, regardless if she's got nowhere else to go. It's not like she has a vice that is messing up her life and you should definitely help your family if they're having these kinds of problems rather than just removing them from your life... she just..wants to cause trouble.

She looked like she was ready to beat the shit out of her when she made that threat with the photo and I was like fuck yeah, she's got some balls at least!...and then she just falls into place and does what the sister wants which immediately falls into cheating territory, so you're literally cheating on your fiancé to avoid him finding out about your sister's made up bullshit. Was it really that hard to trust your fiancé would understand the other sister is a twisted bitch and since they look the same it's not like that "evidence" really means shit? There was a missed opportunity here to make it less of a generic setup. She could have retained some of her spunk, at least, rather than going the full sow driven by pleasure route almost immediately.

The art is top notch, but I'm really rolling my eyes here. I get NTR tends to follow the same patterns, but it'd be nice to see a little fight in her beyond the first few pages.

Yeah, previous antics from somebody like Reo would probably have pissed off Mio to where she would have decisively cut ties with her. It was nice to see a NTR blackmail scheme not work for once, but then Mio inexplicably falls for biting into forbidden fruit given by her sister after saying she had a "happy" life. Not sure if you were really that happy when you take up a suggestion like that swap.

We’ll find out, I guess. Either Reo is jealous, Mio’s fiancé doesn’t live up to Reo’s egoistically-set standards, or Reo just has ill will toward her sister and wants to jack up her life. [Edit: Actually, going by what Reo says in the third panel of Page 9, it seems it's the second possible reasoning of Reo's actions that I wrote.]

Chapters with the "twins" theme tend to be fairly light-
hearted, but this one is going down a rather dark path.

I prefer Kazepana's Twins Swap?, which is much more
playful.
