methods aren't effective against disease, but they prevent pregnancy,
which is the main purpose of "protection."

you're expecting it, the reference to an STD in the story
is still startling, because it's such a rare thing in hentai.

Good point! She did not use the word "condom". The use of protection and disease prevention together made the word condom appear as that is the main way to accomplish both. My bad!

Upon re-reading I noticed that when she says protection she has an oozing creampie, so obviously not using condoms.

After doing some "research" I found a story by Ando Hiroyuki called Never Honest with an STD. Dudes sister is a major slut and he always jerks off listening to her have sex. One day he complains and she offers sex instead of silence. They have fun, but when it is over he has VD.
