Everything about this chapter was perfect, especially the characters!
I always love this scenario of the daughter of the company that's in love with one of the employees, the boss aka her dad approves of them getting together, the guy tells her he's moving away and before he leaves they finally get together and in the end he decides to stay and work for her family.

This was some pretty dope vanilla goodness. Honestly I can say that her dad is probably the real hero of this story. He not only secured his daughters future happiness but also found himself a worthy successor to take over the family business.

Now all we need is a sequel called Rising Together that shows Natsuki and Chiharu as a married couple and maybe with a kid on the way.

That would be nice.
