POV isn't the only difference. The feelings involved are important as well. NTR is either from the POV of the one being stolen or stolen from, but if either of them feels pain over this is the important part. Fakku seems to err on the side of tagging things as netori, because tagging something as "netorare" brings out a buttload of people to "well, actually" about why it's not netorare through some convoluted chain of logic based on not wanting to admit to liking netorare.

Netori is when the main character steals someone else's lover. Netorare is when someone is stolen from the main character.

Since we see the girl's thoughts she's the main character, but she's the one being stolen by force, so it's either netorare or just cheating, but definitely not netori.
