Once More - I don't usually ask for sequels, BUT ... IF the last page is an indication, things are (a-hem) "heating up" between President and Secretary, with Vice-President (perhaps too soon to confirm 'Lucky Bastard' status) in the middle of things.

Getting busy indeed.
But man, going from her blackmailing him to him turning the situation around, causing her to faint, pretty much, and wiped her phone data clean. Quite the Hentai Protagonist, using just his dick and sex skills to turn change a bad situation into a good one. As expected of the guy who got regularly has sex with a slutty council president and a pure hearted kogal.
Except she apparently had a backup plan by syncing phone data and such. Oh well, but I guess in a way if he keeps up this kind of relationship with the both of them(And I haven't forgotten about the kogal from the prequel) he has a veritable harem.
That ending though. 'What's wrong with this student council'? Nothing, really. It's just that it's essentially become your harem.
One thing I'd certainly like to see happen in a possible sequel is what happens when Kaga(The kogal) finds out about what happened here...It'd probably turn into a 4P, but still I'd like to see how it goes.

I†˜m glad we got a sequel to the †žpresident“ series but it somehow disturbs me that the title doesn’t contain †žpresident“ like it was the case with the other stories of the series...

It doesn't contain 'president' cause unlike the other 2 chapter she don't appear much on this one. This one is about kouhai being bitchy and having a probably (unilateral) rivalry with the president. I was expecting the vanilla kogal one to be sticking together with the guy but we will have to wait for next chapter.
