uniform for boys in Japan) is based on the Prussian Waffenrock, a military uniform.
This suggests Tsubasa died before 1886, when the gakuran was first established
for the students of Tokyo University.  So I have no idea why she's wearing modern
clothing (but it's a fairly silly chapter, so it's no big deal).

Tsubasa-san evidently used 'Ooga-Booga-Booga!', plus teased/mocked Male Protag-kun into engaging 'Man Up' mode ... "IT'S SUPER-EFFECTIVE!" on both counts; he managed to fulfil her lingering regret, and she ending up going "Hey Mikey I Think She Likes It", so she makes herself his girlfriend.
