From what I can tell he is indeed her boyfriend, the hair, clothes and necklace all match. It seems to me that she is pissed off because she sees herself as having a higher status than him and that she thinks that she should be the one calling him out and not the other way around. However that of course means nothing to him, and she knows it, because he knows how to push her buttons and turn her into a hot, dripping mess.

Personally, I think it's essentially a tsundere type of scenario. Basically, she's accustomed to be being treated like a queen whereas her boyfriend just treats her like a girlfriend/sex friend. She gives off a heavy tsun side for most of the chapter and then we get a hint of the dere side at the very end. I don't know if this was tagged with cheating earlier, but that's definitely not the case unless the guy is a clone of her boyfriend.
