It all started with Parasol corporation's experiments on felines. Shortly after world war II ended, they began working on the H-Virus near Oppai Mountains in Shitsurakuten. The virus was leaked, and the Japanese government froze all of Parasol's assets and its rights as a company were revoked. However, that did not stop the the spread of the virus... Uh, or something.
