The story has cheating so if that isn’t your thing I highly suggest you pass on this story but if that doesn’t bother you at all then this a hard recommendation from me! I really hope MEME50 makes a sequel!

Great doujinshi from one of my favorite artists. I own the original untranslated version and enjoyed it greatly and now its even better thanks to being uncensored and professionally translated. In the last panel in page 29 it is not mentioned clearly who the baby's father is. But at least Momoko seems to be sure about who the baby's father is.
And that also means she thinks the father is Ryuusei. Otherwise, she can never be so sure.
Then, why is she so sure? IMHO, one rational explanation would be: It was coincidentally a "safe day" when her husband creampied her, and at least her husband (and probably Ryuusei) didn't know that. Suppose that, I savor more deeply the line she said in page 19.
"Take a look. I think you might have an idea what this means, don't you?"
Definitely Ryuusei (and I) took that means "Thanks to my husband we can enjoy barebacking and creampies from now on.", but actually it meant more for her. She had a clear plan to let Ryuusei knock her up soon. That is, she also meant "Now it's your turn. Don't worry, this cum never reaches my egg. Come and knock me up, Ryuusei."
