We all love an implausible scenario but when gifted with a tangible story that is within reach of our own life experience you have to give the artist one hell of a round of applause!

Guh. I love it. Bittersweet ending. Hope there's a sequel!!!

10/10. Somehow I love these kind of realistic stories with a bittersweet ending. Izumi coping with his eventual inevitable depart with snarky behavior at the beginning only to end up showing her real feelings with the helping push of her coworker. That, however, wasn't able to defuse the inevitable ending. On the contrary, it empathized her sorrow. However, that was possibly the best ending for them, and for Izumi specially, since parting without expressing her feelings would have probably been more piercing than an end (or, at least, a "pause") of the glimpse of her desire that she was able to accomplish.

It is better to see someone off with your true emotions than fake a smile. If your tears were enough to change their mind about leaving it would have happened long ago.

An intriguing title to be sure, but somehow I feel like it fits the Vanilla tag quite well.
Heh, so he was joking around when he mentioned that he 'didn't realise she loved him that much', but it turns out he was brushing up against the truth. Well hey, at least he basically accepted her confession after, sort of.
That ending though. While it is a little sad, I'm sure there's nothing stopping him from visiting, or for her to eventually follow him over there too, somehow. When there's a will there's a way, so I'm certainly rooting for them.

Shit i just quit and find a job there. Good woman is a waste for a salaryman job.
