@MisterMiser1967 Yep, one of the many. Also, and I guess it's kinda related to what you wrote, the antagonists are the village idiots, not the protagonist (the MC in most stories, I guess). Most cheating stories and the vast majority of netorare's are aimed to ridicule the betrayed partner. In this one, the antag's are the ones who are the oblivious buffoons.

Yeah, that's what I thought. As I got farther in the story, I was expecting something like the husband getting jumped by the three would-be paramours and then manhandling and mind-breaking the wife. Sometimes I think even the creators get confused with certain definitions.

the Japanese struggle with the meanings and parameters.
Sometimes they give up and default to the NTR acronym.
This isn't the first time we've seen a mangaka carelessly
