The promised follow up to Pomeranians & Lemon Sours complete with a perfect vanilla happy ending!!

I'm just happy we get more vanilla adventures of the Akane-chan and Gen-kun.
Honestly I cant think of another couple in hentai more perfect together lol.

Also can we just as a planet take a minute to thank the Igedoaha for their incredible female character designs especially the ball of sunshine that is Akane-chan. I can stare at her facial expressions forever :)

There are many great couples on Fakku, but Gen and Akane
are miles ahead of the competition. Their cute "odd-couple"
relationship is vanilla at its most sublime (thanks in no small
part to Igedoaha's superb artwork).

Though he's relatively new on Fakku (with only six chapters
and one cover), Igedoaha has easily won a place on my top
ten favorite eromangaka list.

I also adore Idegoaha's work. They are in my top 10, often rivaling Homunculus for top spot, along with Esuke, Mitchiking, Kiyochko, Mizone, Key, Satsuke Imonet, Yamatogawa, and Sasamori Tomoe. Also, I think Idegoaha is a woman.

@ecchi-senpai: Less detective work, more luck of the draw. I came across their work towards the end of last year and started following their profiles, and went down the rabbit hole of searching, as I sincerely am fascinated and very much titillated with their art and storytelling. I am a humble porn nerd sharing relevant details. This is the very first time this information has ever been relevant to divulge to others.

@ecchi-senpai: I stumbled across this mangaka while perusing pixiv art. The profile contains art that is undeniably Idegoaha's. Which led me to believe it is an alternate account for our favorite mangaka. This account has a potofu portfolio link spread that lists several twitter pages that I have since followed that also corroborated my fan hype. There is also an instagram profile linked in the potofu that has distinct art and commentary that looks too legit to be anything but the real thing. I already suspected the mangaka was a woman because of how they portray women in their comics. The instagram profile and their other profiles crystalized my opinion.

I wish we had a comprehensive list of mangaka,
separated by gender. That would be very useful.
I read somewhere that 30-50 percent of hentai
artists are women.

A Google Image search for "Igedoaha" turned up
several manga pages, all with Korean captions,
which is interesting.

I commend you for your fine detective work.

It makes sense that a mangaka (male or female) with a
respectable career might adopt a nom de porn for their
hentai work. There are exceptions, like "Oh! great" (Ito
ÅŒgure), who makes no secret of his hentai work.

Ha! I knew these two were destined to date (or at least I was hoping they would lol). This was a nice, feel-good story about an awkward, aloof young gal getting with a gloomy but decent older guy. Nice to see he got over his skepticism of the possibility of them being a couple.

This was sublime Shimose is too cute for her own good and though I'm into his look at the end rugged Gen was such a great contrast to her. This sequel was practically perfection, definitely wrapped their relationship up nicely

Culinary Notes:
The Pomeranian is an orange-colored drink made from Smirnoff
pomegranate vodka, grapefruit juice, and honey, served over ice
in a rocks glass, and garnished with a sprig of mint.

The only alcohol-related reference to "jackal"
I can find is a grain-based vodka from Spain.
Is anyone aware of a cocktail recipe called a
"jackal"?

If the word "jackal" isn't a reference to a drink,
I'm baffled by its inclusion in the chapter title.

I think that it is more along the lines of describing their characterizations. Gen Inomata is a difficult to read and very serious, which are features associated with jackals. Akane Shimose is a cute, clumsy, spunky, and floofy, traits very much associated with a pomeranian.

In the previous chapter, one could say that there were plays on two drink names being used, but I think that the author was using the personification of animal for each character in relation to what they were interacting with as a prelude to what would be contained within the chapter. In Pomeranians & Lemon Sours, it was Akane and her overdoing it with liquor, leading to the tryst and her stumbling attempts to get senpai to notice her romantically.

This time, it is just senpai and her, Jackal and Pomeranian, together. <3
