It is from that need the concept of the "supernatural" finds its origins.
The emotions that gave birth to the supernatural are often depression and loneliness, but kindness does occasionally make its presence known as well.
The "Kaiso Ikken Chou" series is a manga about capturing these supernatural forces, and locking them away for good.
It takes place in an era before science was able to declare decisive victory against the supernatural.
