Nearly Excellent
This was nearly an excellent book that I would highly recommend, but the Blackened chapter was some really bad NTR garbage that made me dock a star for it. Outside of that one chapter this is a really good book with some nice art, pretty good scenarios and sex scenes, and a nice dash of variety to keep it interesting.

Limit Break is a great book.......
Limit Break is a great book, but there was an underlying theme through out until Blackened that was a bit off putting. Still the book has some great stories. The art is top notch as always. All-in-all it's a great book to add to your collection. Thank you Meme 50.

Quintessential Meme50
Not very much needs to be said about Meme50, much less this particular work. Needless to say, it's good. Compared to Meme50's other works this particular book has considerably less NTR, being entirely absent for the main story arc. This should be delightful for vanillas, and the NTR degenerates will find plenty to enjoy in the other chapters as well.
My only complaint is a lack of variety in body sizes; everyone here is roughly the same level of moderately plump. This isn't a big flaw by any stretch of the imagination, however, and is really the only thing worth mentioning. Otherwise, a well known classic for a reason. Just about everyone will be able to enjoy this.

The Public Morals Chaos chapters alone make this worth the price of admission. The rest is just gravy on top for an awesome artist.

MEME50 is the GOAT
MEME50 is absolutely one of my most favorite hentai artists of all time. His/her art style is perfect for depicting chubby chicks, marvelous milfs, big boobies, bubble butts and everything in-between. To see some of his/her older works get translated for the Anglophone market is certainly a sight to behold. So as a fan of MEME50's work, I give this book an absolute 10 out of 10 rating!

Maybe I just have a weird reaction to MEME50.
I'm never sure how MEME-sensei's going to hit me. Sometimes I read and go, that was hot and fun. Sometimes I see his technical chops but it doesn't hit me right. And this will happen with the same book. I'm never UPSET I've bought one of his tanks, but it's always something I come back to when I've either read or wanked to everything else.

MEME50 has quite a few books that have been published by FAKKU, so clearly they're a popular one, and so if you're a fan of their style then this is more of the same (in a good way).
The big story in the book is a three-parter (plus bonus epilogue chapter) about a schoolguy who manages to have sex with a bunch of girls on the public morals committee (naturally). The rest of the material is an assortment of other works by MEME50, many of which feature quite a bit of cheating. Vanilla, this is not.
The material all comes from magazines released back in 2010 and 2011 so it's all "fresh" in the sense of not being available on FAKKU.
